Terms and conditions for Class Membership | 6 MONTH SPECIAL
This agreement sets forth the legal relationship of the parties, enforceable with the terms set forth below.
1. PAYMENT/DATES
This is a renewing monthly agreement with automatic payments, occuring for a minimum of 6 consecutive months, with the terms of payments, discounts, start and end dates listed near bottom at time of signature.
2. HOLDS/REFUNDS
No Holds, Extensions, or Refunds during any part of the period terms (See Termination).
3. SCHEDULE/NO SHOW VISITS
Schedule all visits online at time of purchase to ensure availability. If Late or No Show to scheduled visit a deduction in visit may occur.
4. RESCHEDULE/CANCEL VISITS
Rescheduling and Canceling online can occur 24-hours before scheduled visit or a deduction in visit may occur.
5. UNUSED VISITS
All visits unused after period date will expire.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY
Automatic payments can be cancelled online by the buyer after the 6 month minimum has been met, terminating renewing agreements. Upon successful cancellation a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the termination will be sent immediately. If an e-mail is notreceived, a discrepancy found, or buyer cannot cancel Online then the buyer must deliver a signed and dated notice, which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be mailed to your preferred Body Mechanix location or mailed to our headquarters BODY MECHANIX at 219 BRANNAN ST. SUITE A SAN FRANCISCO CA 94107. You may also cancel if you become disabled or deceased, and also if you move more than 25 miles from the facility. You may cancel on these grounds at any time, proof may be required.
If terminated prior to meeting the 6 month minimum (other than permitted in the foregoing sentence), this 6monthspecial monthly rate will be subject to an early termination feeequal to the lesser of (i) the number of months on the special monthly rate multiplied by difference of the regular $249 rate and the current monthly rate or (ii) the number of months remaining until the end of the 6 month contract multiplied by the current monthly rate.

Body Mechanix reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape at any time in members’ presence for promotional or other purposes. Body Mechanix will make every effort to protect members’ privacy and comfort, and if requested, will arrange for the member to be excluded from the photograph and/or videotape, if possible.
